Im wondering if any other household things work well as female vibrators? i have tried an electric toothbrush and showerhead, besides buying a real vibrator, what are other good things to use? | I honestly wouldn't recommend anything other than a bog standard vibrator. Some of the things mentioned can do you harm.
If your ordinary vib isn't doing it for you, but a bigger and better one, like the rabbit.. | Is Dr. Ruth correct that the best female vibrators are the kind you plug into the wall? As opposed to battery operated. | | hell ya. U dont need batteries! And plus its extremely powerful! | What are some really good vibrators for a female? I'm looking for something that will give me a lot of pleasure and a guaranteed orgasm. | I get all my stuff from this place - www.holisticwisdom.com/featured-products.htm
That's a link to their featured products - anything from the brand Lelo or Vibratex will be good. They are a little more expensive, but they don't contain toxins and both, I think, have a 1 year warranty when bought through an authorized seller - found out the hard way about a Vibratex product - it quit working after about 6 months, called the manufacturer and they said that since I bought it from an unauthorized site they could/would not warranty. | What kind of female vibrator do you recommend me? The shape, material, function. I want to know because I'll give my gf one and I don't know wich one choose. I'm not women please girls help me to choose. what kind do you prefer & why? Thank you so much. | Okay, it's time for the speech I always end up giving . . . .
Don't buy your girlfriend a vibrator. There are so many guys who think "That'd be the perfect present!", and in reality, it usually sucks. It's not because vibrators can't be great presents- of course they can!- but rather, because of the nature of the gift. If you and your girlfriend don't usually make a habit of giving each other sexy gifts, this could throw her off-kilter. She might react wonderfully, or she might end up becoming totally insecure. To her, the gift of a vibrator might mean several things: "He's tired of pleasing me in bed and bought this to speed things up/so he doesn't have to do it.", "He's tired of sex with me and bought this so I could take care of myself.", "He thinks I'm frigid.", "He's insecure that he's not good enough in bed- obviously I'm not making him feel like he's good enough- so he bought me this.", "He's a kinky freak and this is his way of easing me into it.", and so on and so on.
Secondly, buying a gift like that is like buying somebody clothes for their birthday. Doesn't matter how much you think they'll love it- it's something so personal that it rarely is something you would have bought for yourself. Honestly. There are so many different types of vibrators, with different functions and qualities, that the chances of you picking out something perfect for her is slim.
If you want to get your girlfriend a vibrator, the right way to do it is to first ease her into the concept- to make it clear why you'd like to have one in the bedroom, see how she feels about it. If she's receptive, you can then ask what type she'd like. Go online together, or go into a sex store together and look around at what they have, talk about them, compare. Note what she likes, what makes her eyes light up. You don't have to buy anything- just do some scouting. And then, later, when she's forgotten about it, then you can surprise her with that vibrator she'd been drooling over. THAT is the way to get it done. In the clothes-given birthday metaphor, this is akin to surprising her with that dress she tried on in the store, sighed whimsically over, and then put back because of the price tag. It's something you know she wants, and she'll be thrilled to get it.
Seriously, though- ask your girlfriend. Women like all different types of things- we're all individuals in bed. What I prefer might do nothing for her, so asking here isn't going to help.
Good luck! | What makes the perfect female vibrator? I am buying my girlfriend a vibrator for christmas. Just looking for feedback from women on what parts of the vibrator make it the "perfect" vibrator. (Length, shape, texture, color, power, extras... ??)
feedback is greatly appreciated
thanks | I buy all my stuff from this site - www.holisticwisdom.com/index.htm
They have good articles on what to look for and all of their stuff is non-toxic | Female Ejaculation & Bunny Vibrators: Exper'd it ? Buy one ? Last night b/f I had sex, I had to use the bathroom. During sex it felt like I needed to pee, esp during doggy. I heard that you can't pee during sex so I decided that I was gonna relax & let whatever happen, happen... to see if peeps were right &/or prove them right or wrong. I did & then some liquid came out. It felt like I was peeing but I kept on. When he came & was outta me, I was sitting on the bed & liquid came gushing outta me. It was transparent so it wasn't pee. I ended up crying cuz I wasn't sure if I peed on his bed or if I really did *** (for da 1st time). It didn't even feel all that good either. I was doing some research on YA's. Think I read somewhere that it's supposed to feel good... why didn't it ? Have you ever experienced FE ? I was kinda hoping that I came.. Oh yeah, & when it was outta me there was a sound... I dunno how to explain it. Do girls wanna ejaculate ? Also, are "bunny" vibrators as good as they say ? (It's on Sex in/& the City also) Anyone know da cost | When it comes to wheather or not you had a FE, I'm not sure? Any time I have "came" it felt GOOD, but I guess it may be possible to "c*m" w/o having that GOOD feeling.
Now when it comes to vibrators, if it's not as good as it sounds, then something is wrong...
The "bunny" or "rabbit" vibrators are REALLY good because of the double stimulation. It's a "dildo" and "bullet" all in one. They can range any where from $45-$200, depending on what features you want. I would start more with the basic and work your way up. Either way when it comes to this subject, I always say try it out, never know what your gonna like until you try it. | Who makes the best vibrator for female stimulation? I want to get for my girlfriend a high quality vibrator to use while I am away for a convention. Price is not a problem, I am looking for the best she can have. | In my opinion LELO has the best vibrators on the market today. They are made from 100% medical grade silicone so they are body safe, they come with a warranty, the have multiple stimulation modes for different types of vibrating rhythms, The are rechargeable so no need for batteries. I would say the LELO Ina is probably the best.
INA is for the woman who wants it all – a sleek and stylish dual-action vibrator that reaches out seamlessly to the most erogenous zones. Through her finely-tuned and body-oriented design, she promises maximum intensity with the minimum of fuss. INA is also hiding a secret among her eight variable stimulation modes, boasting a pleasure-giving sensation all of her own. Made possible by her two individual motors, located in each stimulation point, INA’s ‘Circular Mode’ allows one sensual area to heighten to intensity while the level of vibrations is restricted elsewhere. Pleasure is then transferred alternately to create a sense of movement within, tantalizing her user before delivering the most prolonged feelings of satisfaction, time and time again.
Below is a ink to an article and video review of this item. | Does anyone know of any good books on the history of female hysteria? I am looking for a really good book that looks at the history of female hysteria, concentrating on the Victorian era. I can't seem to find anything really extensive that goes beyond the emergence of the vibrator and female orgasm. I really want to know about the symptoms and treatment of women, i.e. institutionalization's and most importantly the causes.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! | Female hysteria was a once-common medical diagnosis, made exclusively in women, which is today no longer recognized by modern medical authorities as a medical disorder. Its diagnosis and treatment was routine for many hundreds of years in Western Europe. Hysteria was widely discussed in the medical literature of the Victorian era. Women considered to be suffering from it exhibited a wide array of symptoms including faintness, nervousness, insomnia, fluid retention, heaviness in abdomen, muscle spasm, shortness of breath, irritability, loss of appetite for food or sex, and "a tendency to cause trouble".
Since ancient times women considered to be suffering from hysteria would sometimes undergo "pelvic massage" — manual stimulation of the anterior wall of the vagina by the doctor until the patient experienced "hysterical paroxysm". This deep psycho-emotional release is today referred to as the 'g-spot' or 'female' orgasm, qualitatively different from ordinary genital (clitoral) orgasm. | First female vibrator purchase? I am 22 and a virgin. My boyfriend and I have been together for 5 months and he has been very sexually supportive. However, I have been unable to achieve an orgasm with him. In fact, I have never had an orgasm to date.
I've decided to purchase a vibrator in order to increase my sexual pleasure and perhaps achieve my first orgasm. I am however unsure as to which brand/type to purchase. I would prefer something on the smaller end (I am a virgin) that is quiet and can be cleaned easily. Any suggestions are welcomed! | | FYI....most women do not get an orgasm by internal stimulation. But for clit stimulation. So when you purchase a vibrator....get one with a clit stimulator. | What are some ways to masterbate with out a vibrator for a female? i don't want to go into sex shop and buy toys and i don't want to buy them online because I dont want to give my credit card details out. so can anyone help??? | First off, congratulations for being brave enough to ask about this. It's easy to get embarrassed and then not find out what you need to know!
It's not bad to masturbate at all. It's good for you, it relieves stress, and it helps you learn about your body. If you masturbate, then when you do things with someone else later on everything will feel much better, because your body will have had "practice" at the feelings.
As for ways to do it, you have several options:
1. Fingers. They're the old standby, and they work. Focus on your clit--experiment with different speeds and pressures. Start by rubbing lying on your back, and then try lying on your stomach and grinding your hips to rub against your fingers. Experiment, and know this is how most women try it for the first time!
2. Showerhead/bath faucet. A favorite of many girls. If you have a detachable showerhead, simply adjust the water temperature, lie down in the tub, point it at your clit, and enjoy! Note that the lying down part is important, especially if you're new to this--don't want to slip!
3. Vibrator. No, you can't go out and buy one at your age from a sex shop. However, take a look at those "Face massagers" and "Back massagers" at Wal-Mart--believe me, they will do the trick. Again, focus on your clit (are you catching the theme here?).
Above all else, have fun! |
